WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

We at Aadarshini give all our efforts to fulfill your order and meet your expectations so once the order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled/returned/refunded.

Refund/Return can be only accepted in case the item has been damaged in transit or a wrong item is being delivered. We would need an uninterrupted unboxing video created from the starting of opening of the parcel.

WHY DO WE NEED AN UNBOXING VIDEO? 

 

Unboxing video acts an evidence and helps us to claim for the compensation from the courier company. If an unboxing video is not provided it would difficult for us to get the compensation so as a result it will get unaccepted.

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED AS A DAMAGED ITEM?

Extreme care is being taken by our team while packing your orders. Each and every single piece is being examined and then packed. However, Sometimes due to bad handling by the courier there might be some small damages like Jumprings, Stones, Ghungroo balls etc coming which out are beyond our control and they can be fixed easily. Our team would help you out in fixing that by sending a video or so.

THE PRODUCT I ORDERED DOESN'T MEET UPTO MY EXPECTATIONS. CAN I RETURN IT?

We try to mention every details of the items available on our site. We also love to assist our clients regarding any queries they might have for example, the size reference or weight of the product and etc. Therefore, Its sad to know if it doesn't meet your expectations. Return/Exchange won't be possible.

THE JEWELLERY I RECIEVED IS DAMAGED AND IS OUT OF STOCK IN YOUR SITE. WHAT DO I DO?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Incase, the product ordered by you gets damaged in transit and is not in our stock we will refund the order value to your source or as store credits (which can be used in future purchases) whichever will be suitable for you.

WHERE WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?
